The first of many, many photos to be edited and posted from my San Francisco spring break trip. We took a week to tour the Bay area, including two days to drive down Highway 1 to San Simeon in order to tour Hearst Castle. It was a bucket list item for me to see the Neptune Pool. I sat out on one of the deck chairs and soaked it in for more than a half hour, imagining the place in the 20s with the likes of Charlie Chaplin, the Marx Brothers, Greta Garbo and others enjoying WRH’s hospitality. Much more to come from San Francisco, the PCH, Big Sur, Muir Woods, Alcatraz and other spots along the way.
