Went on a joint field trip with the art department today to the Fort Worth Zoo, one of the best facilities of its kind in the nation. I was excited to see the MOLA – Museum of Living Art which replaced the old herpetarium. It’s really well done with tons of turtles, fish, reptiles and insects leading up to the “Lizard Kings” – a pair of Komodo dragons. I snapped several shots inside, but the best was this one of a very friendly Reisinger’s Tree Monitor who was more than happy enough to move around and pose for the photographers.

  1. I feel you should put the other photos from the other teachers on your website and put it up for a vote. Let’s let the people decide!!!!

    • And I feel like those other teachers should get their own photo blogs and post their own photos if they are still in denial that I clearly won the impromptu zoo photo contest, UGGGGGGHHHHH No, if that even is your real name.
